Vote for me, at the Node Knockout 2011
First of all thanks for taking the time to visit this URL. The Node Knockout is coding competition where you have 48 hours to create a fully functioning web application. I build this application, which allows you to do user experience studies in real time with your own users. Or watch a recording of their browsing session when you got the time for it.
Now that I have build this application I would really like to win. Last year I got second place in solo, and I would love to win this year! 20% of the score is decided by the public, so I need you to cast a vote on my application! I need at least 120 votes in order to become first place so you vote is more than welcome and very much appreciated
Voting requires you to login with a Facebook account, but it does not post anything to your wall, it's only used for vote counting.
So what did I exactly build See the small summary below
Visualize clicks
See exactly where and when your users are clicking your buttons, are they out of place, or are they never clicked on.
You can see if the user was hesitating before he clicked the button. Do you wonder what makes your users click?
Keyboard navigation?
What keys are your users using when navigating your site, do they event use the keyboard or are they only scrolling. Ever asked your self that question?
Just like mouses and clicks, keyboards are used to interact with your site. See if users understand your form fields, search fields and text area's.
Because we visualize all keyboard presses in a handy window you can see exactly what your users intentions where.
Interact with your users
If you can see that some of your users are having issues with navigating your site or maybe they are having issues when filling in a simple form, you can step in and guide them step by step using the chat box functionality.
Get direct feedback in a completely anonymous way, talk and interact with your users, get to know them and find the reasoning behind their interaction decisions.
